As a member of the International Advisory Group (IAG), Dick de Zeeuw, took stock of progress on livelihood development for the communities affected by the Hydropower Project in Laos. The IAG identified issues around the institutions for long-term support and protection of these communities and reviewed the government’s mechanisms and plans for use of its revenues from the project.
